Jeff Kirkpatrick and Mike Duba accept Wenger’s three awards at WFX 2015

Wenger recently attended the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo 2015, the world’s leading event for church management, design and construction. In its 15th year, WFX has always focused on presenting church managers, designers and musical directors with innovative technology and products to help them in both ministry and management. This year, Wenger came home with three awards, given to our Transcend Active Acoustic System and Transform Motorized Acoustical Banner products.

Wenger’s groundbreaking Transcend, which recently made its public debut at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, was recognized by WFX for its innovative technology with the award for Best Other Audio Product. Transform brought home two honors: Best Acoustical Treatment Product and the prestigious Best Overall Building Treatment award.

We believe both products are significant breakthroughs in acoustics technology, as they are more effective, more versatile and more affordable. Developed in partnership with the legendary audio company HARMAN, Transcend uses digital processing technology to optimize the acoustics of virtually any worship or performance space, while Transform replaces traditional acoustic panels with motorized banners that can be adjusted to suit a variety of performances.

We’re pleased that the WFX judges agree. Here’s what Jim Wagner, the Managing Director of Worship Facilities Expo, had to say:

“The judging panel responded to the versatility of Transcend for spoken word and music. The system has very appealing qualities for churches. The Transform Motorized Acoustical Banner could provide flexibility to a wide variety of church spaces. The judging panel was impressed with the versatility of applications and placement for churches.”

WFX and its sister publications Worship Facilities Magazine and Church Designer are the most trusted voices in the world of church design, construction and management. It’s an honor to be recognized by such a respected organization.

I’d like to give my sincere thanks to the Worship Facilities Conference and Expo judges for this honor.
