Remember this video? We can’t believe its been over four years since this video went viral. It’s an interesting story of how a musician, Dave Carroll, used his musical talent to rectify a customer service issue with United Airlines. In May 2012, Carroll published a book about it, United Breaks Guitars: The Power of One Voice in the Age of Social Media and is now touring the world speaking about his experience.
